2. Arkodin Studio
“Arkodin Studio” is the brand name under which Noah Boch (EI) presents his games and the arkodinstudio.com website. It does not refer to a company or a separate legal entity: the publisher and the players’ contracting party is Noah Boch, sole trader.

4. In-app purchases and VAT
SoundDrop in-app purchases are sold by Apple through the App Store, which acts as reseller (merchant of record): Apple collects the price, issues the receipt, and collects and remits VAT and other applicable taxes. Prices shown include all taxes. See the terms of sale.
5. Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers can refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator for an amicable settlement, after a prior written complaint that has not been resolved: [CONSUMER MEDIATOR — to be appointed].

7. Intellectual property
The SoundDrop brand, the Arkodin Studio name, logos, the Drop mascot, interfaces, illustrations, texts and the code of the website and the game belong to Noah Boch (EI) or his licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
The music previews, cover art, artist photos, artist names and song titles shown in SoundDrop belong to their respective rights holders (artists, labels, publishers). They are provided by third-party services (in particular the Deezer public API and Apple’s iTunes API) and used only to identify works and play a short promotional preview, with a link to streaming platforms. SoundDrop is not affiliated with Deezer, Apple, Spotify or the artists, labels or publishers mentioned, and is not sponsored or endorsed by them.
Any rights holder who wants content removed can write to contact@arkodinstudio.com: the request is handled as quickly as possible.
8. Reporting content
Usernames and content published by players can be reported to contact@arkodinstudio.com, the single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), in French or English, or with the “Report” button in the game. State the username concerned, the content at issue and the reason for the report: we review every report and inform the reporter of the outcome (see the terms of use).
9. Personal data and cookies
The data controller is Noah Boch (EI). The arkodinstudio.com website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies; only a language preference cookie may be stored when you choose FR or EN. The data processed by the game and the website is described in the privacy policy (the website: section 13).
