5. Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. It is processed by us and by:

Arkodin LLC and some of these providers are established in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards of articles 44 et seq. GDPR: the European Commission’s adequacy decision of July 10, 2023 (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) for certified companies and, failing that, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (decision 2021/914). You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
6. Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS (encrypted connection) and protected by security headers. It does not store any personal data in a database.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (in particular to processing based on our legitimate interest) and portability, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to contact@arkodinstudio.com. We reply within one month, which may be extended by two months for a complex request. As we cannot link an IP address to a person, we may ask you for details (for example the date and time of your visit).
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — cnil.fr/en/complaints), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
8. Changes
We may update this policy, for example if the website changes or we switch providers. The update date is shown at the top of the page. If we ever added a tool requiring your consent (analytics, for example), we would ask for it first.
